As a 'Renault Service Centre' all of our After Sales Departments are working in partnership with Renault in exactly the same way as we have done for the last 40 years. We carry out full warranty repairs and have the very latest Renault Diagnostic Equipment along with two Renault Technical Experts and eight fully trained Renault technicians.
As a reputable company we pride ourselves with excellent customer care and technical expertise, drawing in customers time and time again from the local area including Haywards Heath, Hassocks, Lindfield, Ditchling and Burgess Hill as well as slightly more distant towns such as Brighton, Lewes and Crawley.
We are now able to offer customers two different servicing programmes for the whole range of Renault Cars and Light commercial Vans. Whether you drive the very latest model including Twingo, New Megane, New Laguna or even Koleos or the tried and tested models like Clio, Megane, Scenic, Laguna, Kangoo, Master and Espace, we can offer you something to suit your budget.
Scheduled Servicing – for vehicles still inside their three year warranty
If your car is still in the Renault warranty period, it is advisable to stick rigidly to the Renault Scheduled Service for the particular model. With this scheme, frankly each year your service will include different operations and with so many different engine derivatives it is difficult for us to publish an exact cost on this site. However we are linked into Renault’s Rapid Quote and can very quickly provide you with an exact cost for your specific requirement upon request. Three year plus – Baldocks’ Own Scheme – for vehicles outside warranty period.
What's included in my Service?
Lube Extra Service £89.95 - Book Online
This service replaces your oil and filter and checks other essential fluid levels. We also visually check the condition of your wipers, lighting, tyres, exhaust, suspension and steering. Disc brakes are checked but only visually without wheels being removed. This service although quite basic will give you piece of mind and also provide you with a report and quotation of any future repairs that may be required.
Intermediate Service £139.95 or Intermediate Plus Service £169.95 - Book Online
As in our Lube Service, the oil and filter is replaced and all of the same checks are carried out. In addition to this we remove the front wheels and fully inspect the front brakes. Rear brakes can be fully inspected at an extra cost. We also run a diagnostic check on your engine management system to ensure your engine is running at maximum efficiency. This service is a must if you cannot stretch to the Annual Service.
In addition to the Intermediate Service, the Intermediate Plus Service includes a full engine flush and state of the art fuel additive.
Annual Service £249.95 or Annual Plus £284.95 - Book Online
The Baldocks Annual Service is designed by us to replace the manufacturer's own annual / major service after the warranty has expired. We strongly recommend that your car has this service every 12 months or 10,000 miles. The manufacturer may have recommended longer service intervals for your car, however older vehicles will often suffer mechanical deterioration through age. This service includes: All of the items in the Lube Extra and Intermediate services plus:
Spark plugs (petrol engine), Air Filter, in-line fuel filter (diesel engine), Points & Condenser (if applicable). Rear Brakes fully checked, HT leads and coils check, Brake Fluid condition check.
In addition to the Annual Service, the Annual Plus service includes a full engine flush and state of the art fuel additive.
